  9. Physical activity helps to burn out excess calories. Thereby, helps and individual to control weight and maintain ideal BMI which in turn, prevents chronic diseases like heart diseases (heart attacks), diabetes, hypertension and joint problems.
  10. It is the best way to increase HDL ( good cholesterol) in the blood and decrease LDL (bad cholesterol) in the blood.
