How will choossing the healthy oil good for health and heart ?The healthy oil contains high amount of unsaturated fat and low amount of saturated fat.The fat has divided into types one for unsaurated fat and other saturated fat. Unsaturated fat to be used in diet it help to increase the high density cholesterol level and decreases the low density cholesterol level in blood. Omega -3 and Omega -6 fatty acid is one of the group of unsaturated fat .It improve the health of the body and to prevent soft waxy substance also called cholesterol to build in the arteries .It help to prevent heart attack and obese.DO USE FOR COOKING 1. Flax seed oil 2.Olive oil 3. Canola oil 4.Safflower oil 5.Sunflower oil. DO NOT USE FOR COOKING 1.Butter 2.Ghee 3.Coconut oil 4.palm kernel oil 5. Vanaspathi.6.pama oil. NEVER DO THAT Oil smoking point varies at different oil . Oil should cooking at the below level of smoking point .it good for health. The oil will heat more than smoking point and more time use of oil ,the unsaturated fat Can be further divided into cis fats which are the most common in nature and the trans fats which are rare in nature but is partially hydrogenated vegetable oil. This oil is polyunsaturated fat .it intake the risk of some type of cancer.LOW CHOLESTEROL FOODS 1.To intake of protein rich foods ,such as soy,fish slinkers chicken very lean meat and fat free dairy products.Low fat foods - whole grains fruits vegetables. Fibre diet - oats bran dry peas beans cereal rice. Limit fried food processed food. Limit animal product foods - egg yolk cheese whole milk cream ice cream and fatty meats. You look the label during buy the oil .The label should on packet like hydrogenated or partially hydrogenated these foods are loaded with bad fat and should be avoided.The should not use more than 14ml of oil per day. NOTE Under 2 years old children do not restricted in fat diet because the fat is important nutrients for brain development. Seducing daily fat in your diet is not guarantee against developing cancer or heart disease ,but it does help to reduce the risk factor .
