Unsaturated fatty acids low risk of heart disease

Unsaturated fat is a fat or fatty acids in which there is at least one double bond and polyunsturated if it contains norm than one double bond . The unsaturated fat has divided into two types monounsaturated fat and poly unsaturated fat . MONOSATURATED FAT :Monounsaturated fat are fatty acids that have a single double bond in the fatty acids chain and all of th remaindar of the carbon atoms in the chain are single bonded. Melting point : Monosaturated fatty acids have a higher melting point than a poly unsaturated fatty acids (more double bond) and lower melting point than a saturated fatty acids (no double bond).SOURCE :Red meat ,whole milk products , nuts , high fat fruits such as olives and avocados whole grain wheat cereal safflower oil, olive oil 75%,canola oil and cashews 58%,Tallow (Beef fat) 50%NATURE: It liquid form at room temperature. It semisolid or solid form turn when cooled.FUNCTION:olive oil has contain high percentage of monounsaturated fat.Monosaturated fat is one of the hero in human body.it is used only 10g/day for good health.
